Magnet Mart may ask customers to supply information

customers will be used from time to time to prepare reports
regarding customer transactions at our various retail stores.
The personal information will also be used to
prepare communications (postal or electronic) regarding promotional
offerings - see below for details.
Customer transaction history information may
also be used in the preparation of in-house market research
projects.

Purposes
From time to time, Magnet Mart will send information
to customers regarding promotional offerings that are considered
to be of interest to the customers.
Magnet Mart undertakes not to disclose any customer
information to a third party unless required to do so by law.
Any promotional offerings from third parties
provided to Magnet Mart customers will not involve the sharing
of personal information with the third party.
Security of Personal Information
Magnet Mart will take all reasonable steps to
ensure the security of personal information held on our customers.
These steps include technology such as data encryption, access
control procedures, firewalls and physical security measures.
Access to the personal record of an individual customer will
be possible once adequate steps have been taken to ensure
the individual concerned has provided proof of identity. An
individual may request access to the information held on them
by Magnet Mart by directing their request to PO Box 10 Woden

Magnet Mart reserves the right to make changes
to this privacy statement from time to time. Any changes made
to the statement will be displayed at Magnet Mart stores and
posted to the Magnet Mart web site for the information of
