Keep in mind that our busiest periods are Christmas and Easter. That's when we need additional support staff so that's when we hire more people.

Of course, employment conditions are great. We have an Enterprise Agreement that includes the best of Retail Award conditions and then some!. We've also got a hot pie oven in the staff room at our Gungahlin store. I mean, a hot pie oven. Does life get any better than that?
